Arthur Clyde

Arthur Clyde: Mr. Clyde is a retired New Jersey State Trooper who attended Ramapo College of New Jersey where he played football for Head Coach Fred Krasati/ Frank Marino and baseball for Head Coach Joe Waydakya. He has been involved in organized baseball for over 30 years. His dad played for the NY Black Yankees.

His oldest son Artie attended High point University and is currently the Head Coach at St. John Newman High School in Naples FL.

His middle son is currently a middle infielder at Seton Hall university and his daughter plays Softball and is an infielder at Syracuse university.

Before taking over the management and coaching of three elite travel baseball teams: Bergen Thunder, a travel baseball team for 16 year-old boys sponsored by Foot Locker from 1998 to 2006 (see NY Times ‘Boys of Summer Get Younger All the Time article), The Nationally ranked South Florida Orphans from 2007 to 2013, and currently, Squeeze Baseball. Since 1986 Mr. Clyde has been a certified trainer, training men, women, and children, as well as celebrities, including Ricki Lake, Brooke Shields, Gail Sheehey, Chris Sarandon, Carnie Wilson, Maureen O’Boyle and Ellen Cleghorn. Mr. Clyde has tutored hundreds of College and professional athletes during his career.

KJ Stewart

KJ Stewart grew up in Norwood, NJ playing baseball from a very young age. He went on to play high school baseball at Northern Valley - Old Tappan, where it was discovered that he had a gift for pitching. In 2016, KJ set a record of the most appearances by a relief pitcher in school history, he appeared in 18 of 25 games. During the same season, KJ had a sub-two ERA. He was named as an All-County honorable mention, as a relief pitcher, and received a Coaches Award. When he completed his accomplished high school career at Northern Valley - Old Tappan, KJ took his talents to Bergen Community College to begin his college career. KJ was at Bergen for 2 years before joining Squeeze Baseball in August of 2020. KJ is a great communicator and his detailed knowledge and understanding of pitching has guided him throughout his early coaching career.

Keith Essert

Keith Essert has played baseball since he was four years old. When he was fifteen years old, he made his passion for baseball into a living, and began working at Rich Martins All Star Baseball Camp. For the next five years, he coached kids ranging from eight to sixteen years old in all aspects of baseball, including the fundamentals. He was then employed as an assistant coach with Hackensack Recreation for a period of three years, and went on to work as a private coach. As if that was not enough, Keith started an adult men's league baseball team in 2018, which won back-to-back championships in 2020 and 2021. He also, in 2018, joined the Northern Valley Knights Organization as a head coach for their 12u team. He was with the Knights for 1 year and in 2019 joined Squeeze Baseball, where he coaches multiple teams and helps coordinate baseball camp and clinic operations. Keith's eye for technical proficienciency and minimal-nonsense teaching style are designed to help players of all ages become the best they can be.

Derek Romberg

Derek Romberg is playing Triple A ball as the Boise Hawks 3rd baseman for the 2022 season. Derek runs clinics, camps and offers 1:1 training.
